About
The Link Gallery + Workshop was founded in 2019 by Anne and Adam Dienst-Scott in Omaha, NE.
Passionate about photography and all its processes, their goal was to provide the local Omaha community with a space dedicated to the exhibition, education and practice of all photographic processes. These processes include digital, darkroom, historical and experimental photographic methodologies. Their other objective was to provide Omaha photography artists with gallery, studio and darkroom space to continue their personal and professional growth.
Link Gallery + Workshop is now a 10-member cooperative.
Members included a variety of artists with diverse photographic approaches, genres and schools of thought. Today Link Gallery + Workshop continues to foster the exploration of the photographic arts and provide educational opportunities for the local Omaha community.
The Link Gallery + Workshop continues to maintain its established relationships with museums, agents, corporate entities & private collectors of both photography and fine art. We encourage interested parties to reach out to us about inquiries for acquisitions or opportunities to showcase other artists’ work.
More than a gallery for our artists, Link is dedicated to educating others in the Omaha community.
Existing and new photography enthusiasts are welcome to our workshops and explore the photographic arts including digital, darkroom, historical, and experimental photographic processes led by our knowledgeable members.
We welcome everyone and encourage those just starting out in photography and those with an appreciation for photography to visit us.
As artists, we are happy to share our knowledge with those interested in learning more about this art form at our public events and workshops. We host exhibitions and local vendors in our Common Space Gallery, showcasing many local artists whose work includes paintings, drawings, sculptures as well as artisan crafts. The Common Space Gallery is located on the main floor, straight past the front doors to the back/opposite side of the house.
